This hotel and other mixed uses such as conferences room, cafeteria, social room,etc. has to respect part of an existing old building. The proposal uses the existing building to increase its height using ecological materials such as wood and its derivatives, both on the façade as some structural parts. There is a green roof with extensive views over the bay, as well as a leisure area and restaurant.
