The main objective of the social housing project is to ensure that the largest possible number of housing units are financed on the basis of the agreed standards for materials and improvements and after taking into account the available resources (land and financing). The technical standards for the design and quality of the residential units have been clearly defined in terms of floor plan, number of rooms and construction. The project thus represents the need for affordable housing and minimum sizes for young people. It was decided to choose an open block typology on the ground floor, where the two-bedroom apartment will be used as a living area. This volumetric design will ensure optimum use of the land in relation to the number of homes and their quality and at the same time take into account the strict application of the standard regulations.
