Program of a fully accessible single-family house for a client with functional disability, with a program of three large bedrooms with bathrooms, living-dining room with integrated kitchen and large outdoor porch linked to swimming pool. The orientation is optimal and there are great views of the Sierra Nevada. Architectural elements linked to passive energy efficiency are designed, such as ventilation through upper openings with chimney effect favoring night cooling, large porches and solar protection, as well as the use of vegetation to create shading elements.
